The ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE includes:

The Accommodation package based on the ICF
Technical requirements includes:

  • Accommodation fee which includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner.
  • Participation Fee (with lunch).

In case accommodation is booked NOT through the Organizing Committee you are required to pay the Participation Fee.

THE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE OFFICIAL HOTEL

The Organizer does not take responsibility for any extra service at the hotel (parking, telephone, minibar, damages etc). This costs are to be paid by the responsible team directly to the hotel.

Hotel reservations and team registrations without hotel reservation have to be submitted at https://panel.wzkaj.poznan.pl/
