Every participant (athletes, coaches, team Staff etc.) will be charged a Participation Fee of 40Euro per person per day from the day of arrival (no earlier than 20th May 2024) untill the departure day (no later than 26th May 2024).
Participation Fee includes the following services:
Non-competition days:
- Lunch
- Issue of accreditation card/pass;
- Accreditation services;
- Info desk;
- Usage of the course/athletes area during opening hours;
- Security on the course/athletes area;
- Qualified lifeguard on the course during opening hours;
- Ambulance and/or doctor at the course during opening hours;
- Drinking water;
- Toilets & Showers;
- Electrcity;
- Washing facilities for boats and equipment;
- Boats storage facilities;
- Boat measurements and control facilities;
- Boats and equipment repair services;
- Car and trailer park;
- Transport to the official hotels;
Competition days:
- All above;
- Lunch
- Doping control;
- Live streaming of the races;
- Timing and results system;
- Boat numbers distribution;
- Results and information announcements;
- Merchandising facilities;
- Athletes recovery areas
LUNCH AT THE VENUE
For non-participants Organizing Committee can provide lunch for on regatta course. Lunch MUST be ordered no later than 6th May 2024.
